- Recovery Level Objective (RLO): RLO is measured in granularity. If your RLO is high, your recovery process is going to be more intricate.

It’s critical that you understand how these terms fit into your service level agreement (SLA), as well as your organization’s responsibilities regarding the data recovery process.
